While this will not be an inexpensive sandwich to assemble, once you taste the amazing contrast between the buttered bun and the cold, sweet lobster salad, you&#8217;ll realize it was worth every penny!\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 lobster tail, fresh or frozen \u2013 4 oz each (about 2 cups)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup mayonnaise<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsp Dijon mustard<\/li>\n<li>1 Tab celery, finely chopped<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsp lemon juice<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc tsp tarragon<\/li>\n<li>4 fresh hot dog buns<\/li>\n<li>4 Tab butter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Boil lobster as directed.<\/li>\n<li>Remove meat from shell and dice.<\/li>\n<li>Mix with mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, celery, tarragon.<\/li>\n<li>Refrigerate mixture.<\/li>\n<li>Split open and butter the buns.<\/li>\n<li>Toast under the broiler.<\/li>\n<li>Cut bun halves into 4 pieces.<\/li>\n<li>Mound lobster mixture on each piece.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Serves:<\/strong> 32 pieces<\/p>\n<p><strong>Source:<\/strong> John Mitzewich,\u00a0About.com<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u201cThis sandwich is truly one of life&#8217;s simple pleasures.
