{"id":7075,"date":"2019-02-02T05:01:12","date_gmt":"2019-02-02T12:01:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hill-kleerup.org\/blog\/margie\/?p=7075"},"modified":"2019-02-02T05:01:12","modified_gmt":"2019-02-02T12:01:12","slug":"stuffed-cherry-tomatoes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hill-kleerup.org\/blog\/margie\/stuffed-cherry-tomatoes.html","title":{"rendered":"Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>A cherry tomato is a lovely little vessel for many, many fillings.\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Cherry Tomatoes With Cream and Cavia<\/span>r<br \/>\n<strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>36\u00a0firm but ripe\u00a0cherry tomatoes about an inch in diameter<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd\u00a0c sour cream\u00a0or creme fraiche<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd\u00a0oz sturgeon, salmon or whitefish caviar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Remove any stems from the cherry tomatoes.<\/li>\n<li>Turn them stem-side down on a cutting board or other work surface.<\/li>\n<li>Carefully slice off the top third of each tomato, reserving these pieces for another use.<\/li>\n<li>Scoop out and discard pulp<\/li>\n<li>Invert tomatoes onto paper towels to drain.<\/li>\n<li>Stir the sour cream or creme fraiche to make it smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Using a small spoon, dab a scant teaspoon of the cream carefully and neatly on the top of each tomato.
