{"id":7333,"date":"2019-03-09T05:49:06","date_gmt":"2019-03-09T12:49:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hill-kleerup.org\/blog\/margie\/?p=7333"},"modified":"2019-03-19T17:26:07","modified_gmt":"2019-03-19T23:26:07","slug":"meyerhofs-vegetables","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hill-kleerup.org\/blog\/margie\/meyerhofs-vegetables.html","title":{"rendered":"Meyerhof&#8217;s Vegetables"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>By roasting each vegetable separately they will end up at optimum roast.\u00a0 You can do it all on the same pan, just start with the ones that roast the longest and work up to the shortest time.\u00a0 And remember, it is not an exact science!\u00a0 Vegetables are very forgiving.\u00a0 Below is a suggested spring\/summer selection.\u00a0 Vary by what is available.<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>red potatoes &#8211; cut 1\/4 inch thick<\/li>\n<li>red onion &#8211; cut 1\/4 inch thick<\/li>\n<li>carrots &#8211; cut 1\/4 inch thick, lengthwise<\/li>\n<li>zucchini, small &#8211; cut in half lengthwise<\/li>\n<li>asparagus, medium thick &#8211; whole<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven 425\u00b0<\/li>\n<li>Toss with olive oil<\/li>\n<li>Roast each vegetable separately.
