Tater tots, eggs, sausage and cheese come together in a unique <\/em><em>way for an easy and delicious breakfast!\u00a0 Found another similar recipe that put the tater tots on top and covered them with more cheese and bacon crumbles.\u00a0 Don&#8217;t know why you couldn&#8217;t substitute diced ham or bacon for the sausage.\u00a0 Diced chilies would be good in the egg part.\u00a0 A recipe is just a suggestion! You can make this the night before.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 lb cooked bulk sausage<\/li>\n<li>32 oz tater tots<\/li>\n<li>12 eggs<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd c milk<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp salt<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsp pepper<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsp dry mustard<\/li>\n<li>\u2153 c chopped green onions<\/li>\n<li>2 c grated cheddar cheese<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.<\/li>\n<li>Spray the bottom of a 9&#215;13 baking dish with cooking spray.<\/li>\n<li>Place tater tots on the bottom of the pan.<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle cooked sausage over tater tots.<\/li>\n<li>In a large mixing bowl, add eggs, milk, salt pepper, mustard and onions.<\/li>\n<li>Whisk together until well blended.<\/li>\n<li>Add cheese and mix again.<\/li>\n<li>Pour over tater tots and sausage.<\/li>\n<li>Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.<\/li>\n<li>Drizzle with some hot sauce, ketchup or whatever you like if desired.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Serves:\u00a0 <\/strong>6-8<br \/>\n<strong>Source:<\/strong>\u00a0 Chef in Training &#8211; Author: Nikki<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>All of your favorite breakfast items combine to make one out of this world meal!
