egg, oil etc.\u00a0 Not really necessary when we have quite decent mayonnaise in a jar and can easily add a little garlic, lemon and seasoning.\u00a0 Tarragon goes well with fish, meat, soups and stews, and is often used in tomato and egg dishes.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"recipe-print__container2\">\n<p class=\"recipe-print__h2\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 cloves garlic, sliced<\/li>\n<li>1 pinch kosher salt<\/li>\n<li>1 Tab chopped fresh tarragon<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 c mayonnaise<\/li>\n<li>2 tsp fresh lemon juice<\/li>\n<li>1 pinch cayenne pepper, or to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"recipe-print__h2\"><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol class=\"recipe-print__directions\">\n<li class=\"item\">Crush garlic and salt together in a mortar with a pestle;
