Dave wrote the restaurant, and Dakota S. provided this recipe, so credit where credit is due. It&#8217;s still a bit of a work in progress while he continues to tune the proportions, but what&#8217;s here is a fine start.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 orange slice<\/li>\n<li>1 splash triple sec<\/li>\n<li>1 dash of bitters*<\/li>\n<li>2 oz bourbon<\/li>\n<li>ginger ale<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Muddle the orange with the triple sec and bitters in a rocks glass.<\/li>\n<li>Fill with ice.<\/li>\n<li>Add bourbon<\/li>\n<li>Fill the remainder of the glass with ginger ale.**<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Notes<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>*Dakota didn&#8217;t specify the bitters. Orange bitters worked nicely, though.
