Have not tried using plant based beef\/chicken.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Ingredients:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 1\/2 lb peeled, deveined shrimp<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 c butter or margarine<\/li>\n<li>1 medium onion, thinly sliced<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 c flour<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 c milk<\/li>\n<li>2 tTab Dijon mustard<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tsp nutmeg<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/8 tsp pepper<\/li>\n<li>1 6-oz package cream cheese, softened, cut in cubes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Melt butter or margarine in a frying pan.<\/li>\n<li>Add shrimp and onions.<\/li>\n<li>Saute for three minutes.
