I suppose I get a certain amount of “home town pride” in Denver being asked to host the Democratic Convention in August 2008<\/a>, the main action to be held at the Pepsi Center<\/a>. It doesn’t affect me a lot personally — I don’t plan on volunteering, and I rarely have to visit downtown (and will
\nmake a special point not to).<\/p>\n
