Jack LaLanne, at 92, is still probably in better shape than I am<\/a>.  I had no idea he was still alive, in fact, but he is, and kicking.<\/p>\n

I remember his show from my youth (both then then-current color editions and the black-and-white reruns).  When I think of physical fitness, I think of Jack.  Not that I could ever follow the regimen he does — but he’s a guy I admire terribly for it.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
