My boss (here with me in Philly) mentioned that his boss (the CIO) identified them as “an example of how the new organization is working.”<\/p>\n
On the other hand, he also informed me (though not accusingly) of some personnel management issues I’d flubbed and he’d fielded. So it’s been (at least on that front) a less than unvarnished success.<\/p>\n
