Cholesterol-wise, it’s a decent, if not wonderful. Overall was 180, which is within the happy face range. My triglycerides have dropped to 92. My good\/bad stuff are marginal, though, just on the wrong side of the okay line (HDL 38, LDL 124).<\/p>\n
So … continue to watch the diet, more veggies, etc. and so forth. I could be happier about the result — but I could be a lot more unhappy.<\/p>\n
