Oddly enough, GMail is working, but Google Reader and Google Talk and Google Calendar are all failing, as are any Google feeds for me (e.g., the blogroll in the sidebar), but, most importantly &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&#8230; no Google for, y&#8217;know, <em>searches<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>I did some experimenting (it works fine from home, and disabling the PC firewall had no effect here). I finally opened a help desk ticket and found that I was not the only one suffering from the problem.<\/p>\n<p>Hopefully the network folks who can do something about that will get it fixed Real Soon Now.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;ve been sans Google at the office since I got to work yesterday.
