And it&#8217;s suing <a href=\"http:\/\/myhome.prodigy.net\/\">Prodigy <\/a>for violation of that patent, with other <a href=\"http:\/\/whatis.techtarget.com\/definition\/0,289893,sid9_gci214028,00.html\">ISPs <\/a>in the cross-hairs if it wins.<\/p>\n<p>Not to worry.  Looks like <a href=\"http:\/\/www.stanford.edu\">Stanford <\/a>invented it before the patent was file with the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uspto.gov\/\">US Patent Office<\/a>, let alone before those <a href=\"http:\/\/www.urbandictionary.com\/define.php?term=doofus\">doofuses <\/a>awarded the patent. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BT claims it has a patent on hyperlinks.
