Doyce has been waxing<\/a> lyrical<\/a> about<\/a> D&D 4.0 over on his gaming blog. Which is cool, because I’m thinking something crunchy would be fun times, too, and everything he talks about sounds majorly fun. Even if he won’t let me play Shishiko …<\/p>\n

Interestingly, he’s seeing a ton of concept imports from both indie games (many of which he’s run for the local games) and MMOs. And, as a result, some hardcore D&D 3.x folks are having problems figuring out what’s what<\/a> in a system that is no longer solely about emulating small unit battle tactics.<\/p>\n
