I got a call while returning from lunch, but couldn’t take it. I listened to it a few minutes later as I walked into my office, and it was Will from the landscaping company, asking if I had heard back from the HOA.<\/p>\n

I quick checked my e-mail — and found that the HOA had just returned its permission for the project … a minute earlier.<\/p>\n

So it all blended together quite nicely. And it looks like we will, indeed, be getting started on Monday morning. Woot!<\/p>\n
