Just &#8230; a normal schedule.<\/p>\n<p>After some weeks of &#8212; well hardly debauched excess, but certainly only casual restraint on what I ate and drank &#8212; I&#8217;m pretty certain I have some weight to lose (amount TBD tomorrow morning). So it&#8217;s time for the Geek Diet to recommence, swag bag from the Jelly Belly place notwithstanding &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>UPDATE: The magic number I&#8217;m, as of Monday morning, was 212.
