With colored blocks"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This actually does a very nice job of showing the proportions of growth of some line items in the Trump budget, as well as cuts, and discusses some of the latter in particular. And, yes, it&#39;s educational.<\/p>\n<p>Again, Trump&#39;s budget is basically a set of suggestions about what he wants and about what he won&#39;t fight against. Congress actually makes this happen, one way or the other.
