The HHS and other agencies involved in administering the Affordable Care Act — still the law of the land — are being increasingly hostile and non-communicative to journalists when asked for questions or clarifications of anything beyond formal press releases. Even statements and data given out are sometimes being retracted — and the retractions themselves are “not authorized” for quotation.<\/p>\n

The question becomes, what does the media actually do about it. Or, for that matter, what do the voters<\/i> do about it?<\/p>\n
