A former employer of mine did some significant work in Oak Ridge, Tennessee (doing clean-up of the old nuclear facilities there), and we actually had a data center there, so I’ve visited the town a half-dozen times. It’s a pleasant little place, even if the sidewalk rolls up at night.<\/p>\n

Here’s a bit of history around the founding of the city, and how they housed all those Manhattan Project people.<\/p>\n
