The challenge of the nigh-unobtainable (and having a large amount of money and time and money to invest) makes ascending Everest a tempting challenge.<\/p>\n<p>But &#8230; if the place is so damned crowded that people are actually\u00a0<em>dying<\/em> waiting in line in the hostile environment to take their turn at the summit &#8230; is that really the &#8220;risk! risk is my business!&#8221; kind of thrill that these people are looking for?
