This <a href=\"http:\/\/www.opinionjournal.com\/taste\/?id=95001680\">WSJ Opinion piece<\/a> has some interesting thoughts on tolerance, the War between Civilizations, and an 18th Century play.<\/p>\n<p class=\"block\">My counsel is: Accept the matter wholly as it stands.<br \/>\nIf each one from his father has his ring,<br \/>\nThen let each one believe his ring to be<br \/>\nThe true one. Possibly the father wished<br \/>\nTo tolerate no longer in his house<br \/>\nThe tyranny of just one ring!&#8211;And know:<br \/>\nThat you, all three, he loved; and loved alike;<br \/>\nSince two of you he&#8217;d not humiliate . . . Let each strive<br \/>\nTo match the rest in bringing to the fore<br \/>\nThe magic of the opal in his ring!<br \/>\nAssist that power with all humility . . .<br \/>\nAnd with profound submission to God&#8217;s will!<\/p>\n<p>Interesting thoughts.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>No, not those rings.
