Went to the organization meeting for the facilitators of the Alpha class next month. One of the major points: we facilitators are not there to give the answers, we’re there to make sure everyone gets heard, gets a chance to speak, express, progress along their spiritual journey. But we’re not the Font of Wisdom, the Folks with the Answers, the People Who Know Everything.<\/p>\n
That’s going to be the biggest challenge for me. Because while I am well-aware that I don’t Know Everything (and am not even certain that I really Know Anything), I certainly … have strong opinions.<\/p>\n
