Broun says that constituent who has major depression should go to the  emergency room.<\/a> &#8211; Wait, isn&#8217;t mandated access by the indigent to emergency care socialism? And an unfunded mandate? never mind the insanity of suggesting that folks with major depression or other chronic diseases can simply get care by going to the ER.
