Watched this last night.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/feedproxy.google.com\/~r\/graphjam\/~3\/9m3LT9ctpLo\/\">Biggest Threats to America\u2019s Youth<\/a> &#8211; EEEK!<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/goonagoon.nasseh.ir\/images\/0065_nice\/d1.jpg\">d1.jpg<\/a> &#8211; &#8220;Excuse me, Miss, is my order going to be much longer?&#8221;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/crooksandliars.com\/david-neiwert\/disturbing-explosives-case-family-ra\">Disturbing explosives case: Family ran a day care with bomb-making material  and neo-Nazi lit in the back<\/a> &#8211; So, of course, we&#8217;ll only hear more about this on Fox News <b>if<\/b> they decide to run with the pot-growing angle.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/feedproxy.google.com\/~r\/boingboing\/iBag\/~3\/knPfe_sx_Vg\/how-badly-designed-r.html\">How badly designed reputation systems create in-game mafias<\/a> &#8211; People are people wherever you go.  And an annoying number of them are dicks.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.decrepitoldfool.com\/index.php\/weblog\/nenppm\/\">Not exactly Nobel Peace Prize material<\/a> &#8211; Actually, very good Nobel Peace Prize material.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/io9.com\/5377393\/the-stage-play-that-almost-made-douglas-adams-panic\">The Stage Play That Almost Made Douglas Adams Panic [Exclusive]<\/a> &#8211; I will confess that H2G2 slips a bit too far into the absurd for my taste, though there are bits of it I love.  Maybe that, in fact, is the problem here, as Gaiman relates below:  the successful parts of H2G2 are the bits, the small parts, the asides, the color text.  If you think too much about what&#8217;s going on in an overarching fashion, you miss the good parts and are left with not much.
