Actually, I have no problem with anyone who chooses to change from an Anglican denomination to the Catholic side of the Tiber. I’m not sure that folks who have defined themselves as chafing against decisions made by higher-ups in their church will be very comfortable in, um, a more strictly hierarchical church that requires obedience to decisions made by higher-ups. And how Catholic priests will feel about their new Anglican brethren being able to bring their wives with them on an organized basis (it’s always been one of those one-off kind of decisions that could be made) remains to be seen (Catholic bishops will be spared the concern).<\/p>\n
