Kay brought home her second trimester report card yesterday.\u00a0 Very impressive, if I do say so myself …<\/p>\n

Reading = A
\nWriting = A (up from a B)
\nMath = B (down from an A)
\nScience = A
\nSocial Studies = A
\nPerforming Arts = A
\nPE = B
\nVisual Arts = A<\/p>\n

Skills & Behaviors = all are “Consistently Demonstrates” (improved her “complete assignments on time” score).<\/p>\n

Some definite areas for improvement — we need to follow up on the Math, obviously, during our parent-teacher conference next week — and there are some particular proficiencies she needs some work on.\u00a0 She was a little upset about the PE score, so we suggested she talk with the PE teacher and ask what it would take to be at an A.<\/p>\n
