We have laws and restrictions and freedoms for <b>all<\/b> that are protected by the Constitution.  Putting it up for a vote is no more legitimate than having the student body decide whether to have an orgy after the graduation (something I suspect the pastor quoted would have a problem with).<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/feedproxy.google.com\/~r\/Three-starDavesSharedItemsInGoogleReader\/~3\/EPmje3WrQ2U\/\">Make it so tiny<\/a> &#8211; Where no man&#8217;s eyeball has gone before.  Very cool.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/feedproxy.google.com\/~r\/Three-starDavesSharedItemsInGoogleReader\/~3\/zFJda2VKSBE\/ci_14682202\">GLBT community pressing for census question to declare sexual orientation &#8211; The Denver Post<\/a> &#8211; All fine and well.
