If someone from the Left said that, they&#8217;d be lambasted by the Right. Coming from someone on the right, it comes across as a convenient excuse to condemn elements in Christianity they disagree with.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/feedproxy.google.com\/~r\/Three-starDavesSharedItemsInGoogleReader\/~3\/tS-495Xg0o4\/colorados-religious-right-seeks-extra-first-amendment-protections\">Colorado&#8217;s Religious Right Seeks Extra First Amendment Protections<\/a> &#8211; This strikes me as either utterly unnecessary, or a way to get extra protection for folks claiming that their otherwise illegal acts are protected because they were motivated by &#8220;sincerely held religious beliefs.&#8221;  I&#8217;d want to hear some solid examples of what sorts of &#8220;infringements&#8221; these folks are claiming before passing this sort of open-ended extended &#8220;right.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/feedproxy.google.com\/~r\/Three-starDavesSharedItemsInGoogleReader\/~3\/dhSFTzYgSZo\/kinder-gentler-rick-scarborough-accuses-obama-trying-de-christianize-america\">&#8220;Kinder, Gentler&#8221; Rick Scarborough Accuses Obama of Trying to  &#8220;De-Christianize America&#8221;<\/a> &#8211; So, despite being surrounded by Christian mottos, Christian anthems, and plenty of Christian monuments, we can only be secure in our Christianity if the President is openly, intentionally, and constantly saying Christian stuff?
