Be a shame if something were to happen to it.&#8221;  That&#8217;s not a bribe, that&#8217;s blackmail.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/feedproxy.google.com\/~r\/Three-starDavesSharedItemsInGoogleReader\/~3\/aTa_EHGADBM\/023203.php\">&#8216;I never considered myself a maverick&#8217;<\/a> &#8211; McCain has walked back so many things, I expect any day now for him to deny having served in Vietnam.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/feedproxy.google.com\/~r\/Three-starDavesSharedItemsInGoogleReader\/~3\/TP4MiTSis0s\/\">Is The U.S. Military Covering Up A 2007 Killing Of Reporters And Civilians  In Baghdad?<\/a> &#8211; Remember &#8212; it&#8217;s not the wrongdoing that gets you in trouble as much as the cover-up.  You&#8217;d think the US military would have learned that lesson a dozen times over.  Transparency may lead to embarrassment, but being caught out with lying is even more embarrassing, and ultimately does more damage.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/feedproxy.google.com\/~r\/Three-starDavesSharedItemsInGoogleReader\/~3\/XiX58iWl93k\/common-sense.html\">Common Sense<\/a> &#8211; Good for them &#8212; not as a commentary on the relative harm that pot does vs alcohol or tobacco, but as a pragmatic response to the problems that harshly criminalizing pot has cause, it makes a great deal of sense.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/feedproxy.google.com\/~r\/Three-starDavesSharedItemsInGoogleReader\/~3\/mU3N2wdI14M\/100405122311.htm\">Mental health providers should prescribe exercise more often for depression, anxiety, research suggests<\/a> &#8211; I wouldn&#8217;t want people to abuse this as &#8220;If they just got off their butts and took a walk, they wouldn&#8217;t be depressed,&#8221; but a short exercise <b>can<\/b> actually <b>help<\/b> with depression and anxiety, especially for run-of-the-mill, day-to-day problems that everyone has.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/feedproxy.google.com\/~r\/Three-starDavesSharedItemsInGoogleReader\/~3\/f1fhF0M6cz4\/\">Joseph and Mary in bed \u2013 obscene or illuminating? \u2013 This Just In &#8211; CNN.com Blogs<\/a> &#8211; Actually, I think it could raise some interesting conversations about what life in the &#8220;Holy Family&#8221; was like.
