They are perfectly happy to have a big, intrusive government so long as they believe it will only be other people who will be affected.” And to think they have the gall to wrap themselves in the flag.<\/li>\n

Media Ignore The Fact That Man Who Alerted Police To Failed Times Square Bombing Is A Muslim Immigrant<\/a> – Actually, he alerted another person, who alerted the police, which is why Bloomberg didn’t mention him, either (though he did mention the mounted cop’s horse’s name, Mibs). At any rate, something to think about when assuming all Muslims are part of some vast KILL ALL AMERICANS conspiracy.<\/li>\n

  14. New privacy bill makes your location, sexual orientation “sensitive info”<\/a> – It will be very interesting to see where, if anywhere, this bill goes. Codifying online privacy is good for both individuals and companies — the devil is in the details of what should be private, how to opt in (or out), etc.<\/li>\n
  15. TV Economics 101: Why you can’t watch every show online for free<\/a> – This makes sense. Bottom-line, unless you want taxpayer-funded TV, TV producers and distributors need to recoup their money somewhere. That’s not evil, that’s the marketplace.<\/li>\n

As far as social space goes — well, actually, Orkut is very big in some parts of the world, and if it remained “do no evil,” it could become increasingly enticing to former FBers.<\/li>\n
