1. “Ain’t That a Kick In the Head?” – Some interesting insights into what cartoons can (and can’t) show.

 2. Invocation Infraction: N.C. Commission Votes To Continue Sectarian Prayer « The Wall of Separation – I simply do not understand folks who do not understand the difference between a personal, private prayer, and one offered on behalf of the government, representing all people. It’s like saying, “I like blue Mustangs, which is why the county board of supervisors needs to pass a resolution indicating that blue Mustangs are the only car that true-blue North Carolinians should drive.”

 3. Police Chiefs Come Out Against Arizona Anti-Immigrant Law – Amusingly enough, the "pro-Law-&-Order" Right dismisses this as "well, that's just the political police chiefs speaking, vs. the rank-and-file who wholly support what we're doing."

 4. Far Right Christian Group Warns That ‘Gay Blood’ Will Destroy Our Military If DADT Is Repealed – Lovely. “Gays = Perverts = AIDS = Evil = Future Devastation of True-Blue American Straight Soldiers”

 5. In a Wicked Amber – Some fun analysis of the game we were in last weekend. I’ll be commenting in the comments …

 11. Top Five Places to Enjoy Ice Cream at Walt Disney World – Taking notes, taking notes …

 12. Lost Finale Reaction “The End” – Never watched Lost. Never had a desire to after it became clear that if I missed the first three episodes I’d be playing catch-up FOREVER. Consensus from Lost fans seems to be that the finale was fairly satisfying, which I feel good for them about. As for me — I’m just glad I don’t have to listen to Lost fans waxing lyrical about Lost any more …
