For a Congress so concerned about deficits that it&#8217;s willing to let unemployment benefits expire for struggling families, it&#8217;s hardly outrageous to think some budget savings can be found in the enormous Pentagon budget.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/feedproxy.google.com\/~r\/Three-starDavesSharedItemsInGoogleReader\/~3\/M3dp-uoswAg\/024219.php\">The ideological hitch to the GOP&#8217;s spill criticism<\/a> &#8211; &#8220;Conservatives are dissatisfied with the president&#8217;s actions to date, but what they tend to downplay is that they&#8217;d be even more dissatisfied with the kind of steps that would have prevented the disaster in the first place.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/feedproxy.google.com\/~r\/Three-starDavesSharedItemsInGoogleReader\/~3\/VXgwnFRQ78w\/\">Iceland Legalizes Gay Marriage<\/a> &#8211; See?! That&#8217;s &#8230; disturbing.    Of course, I expect Vehement Protest from the Industry if the FDA tries to actually do anything about it.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/feedproxy.google.com\/~r\/Three-starDavesSharedItemsInGoogleReader\/~3\/_-DaK3i2Ilo\/fda-cracking-down-on-dna-test-providers.html\">FDA Cracking Down on DNA-Test Providers<\/a> &#8211; I find it remarkable that this hadn&#8217;t happened previou &#8212; oh, right.
