\"\"Has it really been three years since my last eye exam \/ glasses?\u00a0 It appears so<\/a>.\u00a0 Dimly.<\/p>\n

I’m really in serious need of an eye checkup.\u00a0 My distance vision is middling-okay.\u00a0 My reading vision, though, is having serious problems — if I’m just sitting reading for any length of time, I’m as likely to take the glasses off as anything else (and, yes, I have bifocals — well, graduated lenses).<\/p>\n

Plus, after three years, I have a fine patina of scratches in the plastic.\u00a0 Oh, for the days of actual glass <\/em>glasses.<\/p>\n

Anyway, I finally got an appointment scheduled in a few weeks. We’ll see what’s what then. Though it will probably be blurry.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
