  11. Just Scratch \u201cWe, The People\u201d<\/a> – An interesting thought. The Founders did thing that anonymous speech was important (consider that the Federalist Papers were written under pseudonyms), but that was a contest of thoughht, not a buying out of the printing presses presses. Hell, they thought candidates actually campaigning was untoward and a sign of unworthiness to office. I think they’d be appalled by Citizens United and the flood of anonymous Big Money into the system.<\/li>\n
