Unfortunately, lack of &#8220;vigorous pursuit&#8221; in patents can often lead to them being rendered legally meaningless. On the other hand, not only is this a goofy patent (sigh), but hardly something key to Google (or anyone else&#8217;s) search strategy.  I suspect Google will make a grand gesture and formally declare it will not enforce this patent, gaining more in good will than they ever could by pursuing it.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/feedproxy.google.com\/~r\/Three-starDavesSharedItemsInGoogleReader\/~3\/r38R5PK3dAc\/click.phdo\">Your Top 10 World Heritage Sites<\/a> &#8211; Cool.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/feedproxy.google.com\/~r\/Three-starDavesSharedItemsInGoogleReader\/~3\/wDN3rY5zh8g\/\">Can\u2019t Christians Just Admit Anne Frank is in Hell?<\/a> &#8211; I can&#8217;t say for certain, because I am not (thankfully) God.
