  1. CU gets new logo in $780,000 rebranding effort – Boulder Daily Camera<\/a> – On the one hand, looking at the plethora of existing logos, I can understand the concern. On the other hand, reading the story it seems that the $780K was mostly to a design firm to run the project, and doesn’t count any actual letterhead, business cards, or signage changes (i.e., implementation costs).<\/li>\n
  2. Nat’l Geo – Highway #1, Los Angeles – Edward Burtynsky<\/a> – Okay, the “#1” here must refer to a sequence of highway photos, as this is not CA-1.
