On the other hand, it’s clear that Congress (with the GOP as the ringleaders) have made it impossible at the moment. On the gripping hand, it’s not clear how hard the Obama Administration has fought back (or how hard they should). Regardless, it’s a black eye for the US as a whole.<\/li>\n
