Nor does either of them seem to care whether those who are charged with enforcing the Bill of Rights and the law in an impartial manner actually do so, as long as it hasn’t been proven that they did so with ‘malice in their heart.'” There is of necessity a difference between the law and justice — but we should always be looking to close that gap, not widen it.<\/li>\n

Like measures put in after the last financial meltdown. Because, y’know, with bonuses back up, who’s worried about that stuff any more?<\/li>\n
