Which is very nice when you go to buy a PC or iPhone or shirt, but not quite a sustainable (or moral) model.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/feedproxy.google.com\/~r\/Three-starDavesSharedItemsInGoogleReader\/~3\/rw2lrnBHFR8\/20-0\">Canada\u2019s Health Care: An Alternate Universe | Common Dreams<\/a> &#8211; The biggest problem with a single-payer system is that the folks &#8212; companies and individuals &#8212; who find the current US system most highly profitable would lose much of that profit.
