Even if he said the opposite, in just as dire terms, two weeks ago. Or yesterday. Only this time, since he\u2019s in a GOP primary, he\u2019s going to turn some of that fire on his own party. And, yeah, they don\u2019t like it.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/feedproxy.google.com\/~r\/Three-starDavesSharedItemsInGoogleReader\/~3\/9U-p7Z3ZTU4\/the_gamble_report_--_a_defeat.php\">The &#8216;Gamble Report&#8217; &#8212; A Defeat for Mikey Weinstein and His Forces of Satan? : Dispatches from the Culture Wars<\/a> &#8211; A real shame, on several levels.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/feedproxy.google.com\/~r\/Three-starDavesSharedItemsInGoogleReader\/~3\/6ofWE21Rrd8\/conn_bill_would_require_taping.php\">Conn. Bill Would Require Taping of Interrogations : Dispatches from the Culture Wars<\/a> &#8211; One would think the police would approve of this, as it would provide them with protection against accusations of coersion and other crimes.  That they oppose it is, to my mind, suspicious on the face of it.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/feedproxy.google.com\/~r\/Three-starDavesSharedItemsInGoogleReader\/~3\/m8T5VBXW34U\/yale-opens-up-image.html\">Yale opens up image library, starts with 250,000 free images<\/a> &#8211; Ooooh.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/feedproxy.google.com\/~r\/Three-starDavesSharedItemsInGoogleReader\/~3\/XO55z3c1IUU\/ap110517.html\">A Starry Night of Iceland<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/feedproxy.google.com\/~r\/Three-starDavesSharedItemsInGoogleReader\/~3\/LSHnMOd_H-8\/\">Canuck bloggers, you might become criminals shortly. \u00ab Lousy Canuck<\/a> &#8211; While the First Amendment in the US would have some effect here, I&#8217;ve seen equally stupid similar legislation proposed in the US Congress before.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/feedproxy.google.com\/~r\/Three-starDavesSharedItemsInGoogleReader\/~3\/f_nosj59z7Y\/\">Herald Sun Report Is So Bad I Got Out the Red Pen<\/a> &#8211; That is very bad reporting (though not unusual for anything that has a technophobic aspect to it).
