I’ve reorganized the link list off in the left margin. (At least that’s where it is today.) As you can see, it’s burgeoned to burgeoning proportions. I’ve dropped a few, added a lot, shuffled most.<\/p>\n
For some people, the sidebar linklist is sort of a “See who I know? See who likes me?” sort of thing. For me, it’s a convenient way to make sure I visit all the sites I like. That *I* like. Aesthetics are a weird thing. There are folks who have me linked on their pages whose pages themselves … well, they’re just not my cuppa. Nothing wrong with that — I’m a picky enough eater, reader, viewer, etc., that I long ago rid myself of any relationship between my aesthetic and any sort of objective value or beauty.<\/p>\n
In other words, don’t read too much into it, except that I’m more likely to be hitting sites at the top of the list than at the bottom, but that I wouldn’t have names up there if I didn’t want to see them … and I wouldn’t have names up there just for the sake of having names up there.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
