I&#8217;d also like a pony, and a rocket ship &#8230; and, regardless, I&#8217;m sure that West would object to a fully equal one-state solution.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/feedproxy.google.com\/~r\/Three-starDavesSharedItemsInGoogleReader\/~3\/1bR1C94Mz4c\/\">Ceremonial Deism<\/a> &#8211; I&#8217;ve long been generally tolerant of ceremonial deism, both as a traditionalist, and because, of course, the ceremonial deism of the US is in line with my own belief system.  But it&#8217;s becoming clear to me that the danger of ceremonial deism is not ceremonial deism per se, but the extent to which it is used as a club for sectarian (and authoritarian) purposes.  Or, to put it another way, Christianists argue in courts that Christian-based ceremonial deism is merely a common social tradition &#8230; then turn around and argue that it proves that we are, in fact, a particular sectarian society and that anyone who doesn&#8217;t toe their religious line is simply not being a True American.  In short, they are spoiling it for everyone (as the least of their sins).<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/feedproxy.google.com\/~r\/Three-starDavesSharedItemsInGoogleReader\/~3\/5n6EfY9oOdw\/\">Pastor Mike has a plan<\/a> &#8211; Appalling.
