I mean, really — who authorized this yahoo to carry around a taser, let alone a gun, when he thinks the best way to deal with an elderly black man on a bicycle (who happens to be deaf) is by tasing him? What did Officer Turner think<\/i> was going to happen? #ddtb<\/p>\n
