Trust us, we're from the government (and can kill you if we deem it necessary)<\/p>\n

This is not specifically a partisan issue, nor an issue solely with this administration. The arguments and precedents used by the Obama White House in this are taken directly from the arguments used by the Dubya White House (and executive privilege and national security arguments made by White Houses going back sixty years). And I'm pretty certain they will be continued by any conceivable administration going forward.<\/p>\n

Doesn't mean I'm any less appalled, disappointed, or angry at the Obama Administration over it, however. #ddtb<\/p>\n
