That seems to be Newt's strategy in Virginia, where his campaign failed to get 10K legit signatures for him to run (in his "home" state). Since he won't be on the ballot, the fault is (according to his campaign) obviously not his or his campaign's but a "failed system."<\/p>\n

Since Virginia state law doesn't allow write-in primary candidates, how he thinks staging a write-in campaign ("aggressive" or not) is going to help him isn't clear. But, then, Newt's made it clear that he expects to ignore judges whose decisions he disagrees with, so I guess he figures he'll just bluster his way to victory … #ddtb<\/p>\n
