That&#39;s what America&#39;s all about?<\/p>\n<p>Now, mind you, I find most public performances of &quot;The Star-Spangled Banner&quot; to be awful, and usually examples of trying to draw attention to the singer through rills and flourishes than in being an actual communal patriotic gesture.<\/p>\n<p>But fining people for tweaking the words?
