The BBC usually does a fine job, but its current story on the Colorado wildfires<\/a> suffers from, ah, lack of familiarity with the region. The story conflates all the wildfires around the state, making it seem like a huge, monolithic firestorm is steadily descending upon Denver.<\/p>\n
