Obama would be a shoe-in!&quot; &quot;Yeah, but what if something awful, unforeseen, unpredicted happened, and they won instead?&quot;<\/p>\n<p>So, yeah, while I agree with the analysis that a Gingrich nomination would <i>probably<\/i> lead to a Democratic win (possibly a big win, with Congressional gains) in the fall &#8230; it&#39;s just not worth the risk to root for him.
