Which is a bit ironic, given that it's energy pulled from the air<\/i>, but the land to build wind farms is a contentious issue in some areas. In the US, it's been tough sometimes to find land — and buy it — to build wind farms. In poorer countries, the problem has been governments or private groups essentially taking the land from those who own or use it, leading to further impoverishment. #ddtb<\/p>\n
