A number of die-hard states with blue laws related to Sunday alcohol sales are beginning to loosen up<\/a> and allow you to buy beer and wine and liquor on Sundays. <\/p>\n

A sudden rise in drunken debauchery? A reasoned realization that preventing liquor sales on Sundays doesn’t actually instill moral fiber into the community? A principled effort to separate church and state?<\/p>\n

Nah. They’re just strapped for sales tax revenue.<\/p>\n
